ABOUT COMPANY

XIX/XX w. – In 1900 r. was found german company which produces potato starch: Zentral – Genossenschaft Starkefabrik Gmbh.

1945 r. – Until II World War the plant was a private property, belonging to German entrepreneurs.

1946 r. – The National Potato Processing Company was found.

1951 r. – The company was an independent entity and the part of Potato Processing Unification in Poznan and subordinated to Ministry of Food and Market Industry.

1970 – 76 r. – The company was a part of Greater-Poland Potato Processing Company in Lubon.

1976 r. – The Potato Processing Company ,,Pila” was found, which was composed of plants in Pila, Wagrowiec and Wronki. The plant in Pila was simultaneously the management seat.

VIII 1995 r. – The Potato Processing Company ,,Pila” found the commercial company: Potato Processing Company ,,ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Pila.

IX 1997 r. – ,,ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Pila has started full production and sales activity.

I 2008 r. – Potato Processing Company „ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Pila and Potato Processing Company „ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Wronki have been merged.

III 2013 – Company ,,ZETPEZET” Ltd. in Wronki has finished their production activity.

Planned procedure and timetable for privatization

The State Treasury holds 35.47% stakes in the share capital of the Company “ZETPEZET”. The Ministry of State Treasury intends to sell the shares of the Company in accordance with the “Privatization Plan for 2012-2013”, (www.msp.gov.pl) in a public auction conducted on the sale of shares of the Company. On 28^th March 2013, the Ministry of State Treasury published an invitation to participate in the auction concerning the purchase of shares in the newspaper “Gazeta Wyborcza” and on the website of the Ministry. The deadline for submitting applications is April 23, 2013.

Investor Relations Center

Investor Relations Center (IRC) was established by the Ministry of State Treasury in July 2009 in order to current service of investors interested in companies participating in privatization. IRC consultants answer questions by telephone and e-mail. They also help potential investors to contact with people conducting the Company’s privatization projects, organize meetings and tell about privatization programs to all who want to come to the Ministry personally.
